视频文件制作
1。 打开 Movie Maker 软件。
2。 接上摄像机， 将录像转换为电脑文件。
3。 剪接制作完后，存为mpg 文件, 可上传到播客网。
4。 要在iPod上播放，需用iPod 转换软件将mpg 文件转换为mpg4.
5。 复制到iPod上。

1。 打开 audacity 软件。
2。 接上话筒录音。
3。 录完后，存为mp3 文件。你的电脑需要有 lame_enc.dll 文件。

4。 上传到播客网。 现上传，后写贴，在发布。
